SmartBird meets the herring gull

The SmartBird was modelled from the herring gull — like the Larus argentatus, it is able to fly, glide and sail through the air. Its complex control system allows it to replicate the same unique movements required for bird flight. Its wings are able to beat up and down and also twist at specific angles where necessary.
